Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and dispatched same day, subject to payment confirmation. Orders after 12pm ship the next business day. Delivery via USPS or UPS typically takes 3–5 business days within the USA; timeframes depend on the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. Customers must be available to receive parcels or arrange pickup. Returned packages due to incomplete addresses or unavailability may incur additional shipping fees. Failure to respond to delivery notices may result in order cancellation.
